3. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment collection, invoicing, and tax compliance.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and software assets are the property of 10xBizFunnel Solution. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform.
